Bugs with Kineticists Internal Buffer #18

The Kineticists "Internal Buffer" is not working as expected:

1) It reduces the burn costs of wild talents and blasts when it should only work for wild talents (thats what its description says). 2) It keeps reducing burn costs even if you don't have more charges. 3) When you get the 1st upgrade (a new charge) of this feat you also get a duplicated toggeable (I don't know if this happens again with the last upgrade) 4) The Extended Buffer feat seems to be doing nothing at all, at least the "Internal Buffer" doesn't seems to be reducing the burn cost of Wild Talents/Blasts in 2 when you have the Extended Buffer learned.

  1. It says wild talents, not utility wild talents. Blasts are a wild talent. Working as designed.

  4. Extended buffet is extra charges, not increased reduction.
