Disabling the Prodigious Two-Weapon Fighting (TWF) option in the mod menu doesn't remove it from the game. I chose to disable it because I'm using both the Dark Codex and prestige classes that rely on Dark Codex's Two-Weapon Fighting (TWF). It's redundant to have two copies of this feat.
However, disabling the mod itself causes the duplicate of the feat to disappear, confirming that this mod is responsible for adding it to the game, regardless if it is enabled or disabled in mod menu.
The game was restarted after disabling it in the mod menu. I tried enabling, closing the game, then disabling it again, then again closing the game. Just in case something didn't save/register. Regardless of the setting it enables the feat.
