UI Add Dependent group to personnel dropdown menu #15

Another split feature, this time breaking off from my FMMr Dependents work.

There have been a few people wanting an easy time pulling up dependents separate from combat and support personnel. This should give better tracking of dependents over having to create a separate rank.
