Patient merge, problems with EoC/CT

• merge process updates all Patient resources to target subject
• what should we do with EoC/CTs??
• two scenarios
  1. update EoC/CT too, then we could have two 'active' sets. At the moment not allowed (Bug!) If the episodes are non-overlaping, no problem, the older can be inactivated but in the other cases we have to merge both EoC/CT-combis. Hmm ... complicated
  2. EoC/CT remains with deleted Patient, then we have to edit the target EoC manually and recreate CT or we will loose the statusHistory info of source EoC and the CareTeam

after discussion with we tend to the second proposal

• Patient doesn't really need two EoC/CT
• the relevant information from EoC/CT should be transferrable from source Patient
  • CareManager if not present in target
  • statusHistory copy from source
  • CT merge (little bit complicated)

• missing resources added (CareTeam, Condition), parameter in merge.xqm updated
• EoC/CT excluded from updateSubject
