We'd like to send out an e-mail for sims with updated Interactive Description, the Access and Inclusion filter, and the new introduction to ID video. First, it will be drafted, then we'll ping Oliver to mock it up and send it.

@emily-phet indicated she'd kick us off with some e-mail structuring/drafting.

Will ping Taliesin when we're ready to do some draft editing.
