Announcement e-mail for Voicing and recently published voicing sims

We'd like to send out an e-mail announcing the new sims with Voicing as well as the Voicing feature as a whole. First, it will be drafted, then we'll ping Oliver to mock it up and send it.

@emily-phet indicated she'd kick us off with some e-mail structuring/drafting.

Will ping Taliesin when we're ready to do some draft editing.

I've added some text (based on our ID announcement). The Introduction to Voicing video is both live on the YouTube channel and imminently available on the Accessible Simulations page under More About Voicing. I wonder if we want to push out the announcement with only 2 sims with Voicing or wait a bit longer for RaP and Friction to see the Voicing published?

Unless @BLFiedler and @terracoda feel strongly otherwise, let's:

• wait until Friction is published, and at that point decide if it's worth waiting for RAP publication or not.
• If catastrophe hits and neither Friction or RAP are to be published before June, then let's go ahead with sending the announcement out.
• Regardless, I'll put a note in the future planning doc for Q3 to plan for a general inclusive feature email to go out ~ August, as a reminder for the school year that these features are available.
