VoiceOver reading things out of order #50

@terracoda I am noticing that in BASE, VO is reading the play area, then the scene summary, then the control panel, but the DOM looks like screen shot 2017-08-04 at 3 34 35 pm

Do you know if this is a VoiceOver setting that is reading things in the region out of order? Or is something else going on?

That looks suspicious...and I noticed it read the link first.

When I switch to safari, everything is in order again. Wow, that is a really big inconsistency, Chrome and VoiceOver!
