From https://github.com/phetsims/ohms-law/issues/86, we should look into why phet's focus highlight gets lost after using the read all feature. The sim is still usable with AT but the focus highlight does not appear. This is a Safari/VO bug.

Adding high priority. This doesn't need to block publication of accessible Ohms Law, but we should investigate why this is happening because we don't know if there is a way to get the focus highlight back.
