Continued Improvements to A11y View

Building on progress from https://github.com/phetsims/a11y-research/issues/56

• Make the interactive alert box behave more like an activity/interaction log (suggestion from Kyle Keane)
  • [ ] Allow the last x number of alerts to persist. I suggest starting with allowing the latest 3 alerts to persist in reverse chronological order so the latest alert is always on top.
  • [ ] Add parenthesized text or a paragraph to clarify that the text in the orange box represents an activity log. For example, we could use one of the following to describe the orange box:
  • "Interactive Alerts (Activity Log)"
  • "Activity log (Interactive Alerts)"
  • "Activity log consists of the 3 most recent Interactive Alerts."
  • "Activity log - The 3 most recent Interactive Alerts."
• Changes to Layout
  • [ ] Put main heading and main description above the two columns that represent the simulation. This will bring the dynamic content up further beside the iframe.
• Change styling of meta content to make it visually distinct from the actual PDOM text.
  • [ ] @terracoda to create css for meta content
