Finding out newest version of descriptions #86

If we're going to be doing testing with JT, OL, etc. We'll need to make sure we have the most up-to-date versions of description included in them. Is there a certain process for checking this, or ways we can see what the current version supported in the phet-io-sonification-wrappers is?
