Replace solutionTypeProperty with solutionProperty #194

Related to #178 PhET-iO instrumentation...

AqueousSolution has a solutionType field that is a sort of parallel type information. And the value is tested all over the place. There's also no solutionProperty in the model, for the selected solution. These problems are related, and should be addressed to provide a model typical model and PhET-iO experience.

Done. The models now have solutionProperty. It's mutable in the Introduction screen, derived in the My Solutions screen.
