Add support for Interactive Highlights #214

... which is enabled via Preferences > Visual > Interactive Highlights.

In the above commits, I explicitly added support for the pH meter, pH paper, and conductivity tester.

Note that the Views panel is still a little wonky because of #213, but that will be resolved when we relocate the "Solvent" checkbox. And this issue is another good reason for that relocation.
