reactionEquationNode is the color key for Particles and Graph views #229

The reaction equation (under the beaker) can be hidden via PhET-iO. But it serves as a color key to the Particles and Graphs views, see screenshots below. Without the reaction equation, the student will have no idea what particles the colors correspond to.

Should we uninstrument reactionEquationNode? Or add a warning to examples.md?
