Verify Google Analytics MR for 1.3 release #241

@jonathanolson is doing a Google Analytics MR soon, related to https://github.com/phetsims/website/issues/1190.

@jonathanolson estimated that the MR would be applied today. So it is likely that this MR will be included in 1.3.0-rc.2, and will need to be verified by QA.

This is ready for verification by QA for https://github.com/phetsims/qa/issues/986. I don't see any instructions for how to verify in https://github.com/phetsims/website/issues/1190, so I've asked @jonathanolson to add instructions here. If that hasn't been done, please contact @jonathanolson directly.

This issue can be closed after verification by QA.

I'd recommend the normal 10-15 second test of the simulation to make sure the maintenance patch didn't break anything in normal sim behavior. No other specific testing for this issue from QA is needed.
