Make this repo private #167

@jonathanolson should we make this private? I am torn. It seems a bit strange when we talk about CT server decisions in a public repo. Up to you though!

If we do this, then we should mark it as such in the data list for private repos.

Please note that this came from uncertainty in regards to the decision of #165.

I'm really fine either way. It doesn't strike me as weird, but I'm fine with your preference.
