report should show percent of tests completed in column heading #171

I thought of this over in https://github.com/phetsims/special-ops/issues/234 because we are now getting many columns with almost 100% of tests completed. Or perhaps a 400/500 tests completed meesage.

All the info here was already in the report, we can just derive it for the column headings. I liked the percent in the label, and the completed/total in the popup.

From standup today, it would be awesome to have a number of failed tests portion in the popup as well.
