CT report filter should match on error messages too

From https://github.com/phetsims/special-ops/issues/234, a minor improvement that I have wanted for quite some time. It shouldn't be too hard to select on the appropriate test messages as well as the test name parts.

This is now working, you can even test on the CT ID since that is how errors are reported. My favorite thus far is this, so we can see all the window.location errors:
