Address some recurring CT issues during the "P" iteration #194

One of the teams has been assigned the task of reducing the amount of red (i.e. failures) that are currently appearing on CT. This issue will be the place where we record the details and progress on this issue.

The "P" iteration has concluded and a number of issues were resolved, and overall the CT screen looks much better. I'll put a screenshot below. Closing.
