On touch devices the dragged square translate above the finger. #101

While using the PhET App on iPad3, I tried to drag a square from the bucket. Normally on touch devices we have the translate above the finger so it is easy to see and easy to control where it goes (we discussed this at design meeting on Thursday), but it looks like that hasn't been done for this simulation.

@ariel-phet the priority is up to you. It might be beneficial for you to test this yourself on a touch device to get a better sense of the severity.

@samreid I believe in this sim that was deemed unnecessary since it is quite obvious where you are placing the square in the grid, moreover, I believe no issues were seen during interviews.

However, best for @amanda-phet to comment and decide if any action should be taken.

I'm not sure if there is a standard "translate" above the finger, but a slight one might be nice here. Not so much that it's above the finger but it could peek over the finger a bit so it doesn't get lost.

Because there weren't issues in interviews I wouldn't jump on changing this immediately, but there are some open changes to make in this sim when we publish a new version so I'd like to keep this issue open until that time.
