Area model fractions? #143

@amanda-phet a few people at NCTM asked if we were planning to make a fractions version of the area-model sim. I am not exactly sure how that would work, and it seems like it would require some new user interface components, but I thought I would mention that there was interest in such a sim.

I have dreamed about this simulation, but it would be a very different model. For the purposes of the DRK12 grant, we don't have room for any new simulation designs, but I would still really like to work on this simulation at some point.
