Clock and sound settings are universal for sim #156

I noticed that when enabling the clock or sound in one portion of the sim (i.e. factor) that the same settings will be applied to the two other modes. I do not recall this being the behavior for early releases of this sim. I expect this is related to #147

This is intentional behavior, and I confirmed it recently in a discussion with some of the designers. Closing.
