Why do log e and log 10 charts look identical? #32

Discovered during https://github.com/phetsims/bamboo/issues/27, why do log e and log 10 charts look identical? Note that this problem predated changes in #27.

This is to be expected, since we are using the same chart area and gridlines, and since changing base only changes the scale (but the scale is fixed, as I mentioned). Closing.
