Changing the wavelength changes the index of refraction #323

I observed this during developer testing today while working on #309: http://www.colorado.edu/physics/phet/dev/html/bending-light/1.0.0-dev.46/bending-light_en.html

When I drag the wavelength slider it also causes the index of refraction slider to change. untitled

Oops, sorry, temporarily forgot about dispersion and thought it was a UI bug. I've learned something today :) Closing.
