Might be best to just do the background / shapes in Scenery.

Buttons were replaced by Scenery elements. This includes the ResetAllButton, ShowMolecule3DButtonNode, RefillButton, and NextCollectionButton. The sound button was removed and now uses the nav-bar icon to support toggling sound.
