Maintenance release 1.0.2

@chrisklus and I wanted to originally maintenance release for https://github.com/phetsims/build-a-nucleus/issues/51 but added https://github.com/phetsims/build-a-nucleus/issues/52 and https://github.com/phetsims/build-a-nucleus/issues/57 too.

When @chrisklus and I were adding these commits, we realized there were a few more commits needed that we added also to the 1.0 branch https://github.com/phetsims/build-a-nucleus/commits/1.0.

Once we cherry-picked all these commits, we found another issue with the layering of the particles https://github.com/phetsims/build-a-nucleus/issues/60.

Once that was fixed, we made another RC https://phet-dev.colorado.edu/html/build-a-nucleus/1.0.2-rc.2/phet/build-a-nucleus_en_phet.html. After doing some light testing on this version, we felt good about publishing.
