While working on #102, I noticed a few issues with the assets and images in this sim that should be rectified:

The naming of the icon images is inconsistent - some are prefixed with "baa_" and some aren't.
Many of the asset files are SVG rather than AI files. I believe that we have essentially standardized on AI, so it would be good to convert these.
There are some files in the assets directory that don't appear to be used.
