Fuzzy icon images on Chrome #77

Test device: Kathy's Lenovo Thinkpad T410s

Operating System: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 64 bit

Browser: Version 31.0.1650.57 m

Problem description: Images / Icons in game fuzzy on Chrome. I do not see an issue on Firefox.

Steps to reproduce: Just launch and go to game

Severity: Annoyance

I am not able to reproduce this issue, and I can't see much of a difference in the screenshots captured above. Could this be an issue with browser zoom setting?

@kathy-phet has said that this issue should not block publication of this simulation to the main web site.

The only way I have been able to duplicate this is to zoom way in on the page by using the ctrl-+ key chord. Kathy said that it was possible that she had done this on a tab before opening this sim. Since I strongly suspect that this is the explanation, I will close this issue and reopen if seen again.
