"Cement" Material should likely be "Concrete" #70

Cement is an ingredient in concrete, should we update this material? https://www.bobvila.com/articles/cement-vs-concrete/

There is a migration error in density even though this string isn't used by density (only in buoyancy). I guess I'm still going to write a migration processor for it, since it is just as easy as writing a "silencing" processor for it. Thanks @samreid for the report.
