When this sim is redeployed (see #237) the Teacher Tips will also need to be updated.

We're getting closer to redeploy, so removing status:oh-hold.

Tips have been updated and uploaded to Drive, but awaiting sim redeploy for publication.

I should also add something about the maximum bulb brightness.

The Teacher Tips should be updated when the sim is next republished. However, that's not currently a priority, so unassigning myself.
