User suggestion: add potential offset #194

Charges and Fields does a nice job of potential curves.

It would be nice as an “advanced” feature to have the ability to add an offset to the potential. Since only Delta_V actually matters, we could see that the field and spacing stays the same even if we set the potential to “10 V” at “infinity”.

This is an interesting suggestion, but I'm not sure if the model could support it. Unassigning myself until we revisit this sim.
