Device Samsung OS Win 11 Browser Firefox Problem Description For https://github.com/phetsims/qa/issues/1170 When an element is out of the toolbox but none is selected, the text "Tap a circuit element to edit" shows up. It can be very off center. I've seen it worst on Firefox, but it sometimes happens on Chrome as well. Visuals textoff

@KatieWoe - Can you make a case that is consistently reproducible so @samreid can take a look?

There doesn't seem to be a guaranteed way to get it to occur, but I most often see it when the sim first loads after dragging out non-wire elements from the left tool box, such as the resistor. Switching locale seems to fix it, so do it first off, if it doesn't occur refreshing the page may get it to occur.
