CCKCQueryParameters.batteryCurrentThreshold remaining reference #888

In LinearTransientAnalysis, it's accessing a query parameter that doesn't exist before (noted to link https://github.com/phetsims/circuit-construction-kit-common/issues/245).

I'm adding a ts-ignore for now.
