Tapping the delete key on a selected circuit element no longer works #924

Discovered in https://github.com/phetsims/circuit-construction-kit-common/issues/872, Tapping the delete key on a selected circuit element no longer works. But tapping the delete key on a vertex works.

It's working now. Maybe my Chrome was just acting funny? I'm not sure.
