Update screenshots for 1.3 release #959

There have been some cosmetic changes to the sim (carousel) as well as some removed features (dog, hand), so we should update the screenshots for both DC flavors. This does not block QA at all.

Note, due to https://github.com/phetsims/perennial/issues/299, anything committed to master will automatically show up on the website. We can choose to wait until we are ready to take SHAs to commit, or live with slightly inconsistent screenshots until publication.

Screenshots are ready to go, but we should wait to commit until we are closer to publication. The screenshots for both DC flavors (including screen-specific screenshots for the metadata service) are in this zip folder: cck-dc-screenshots.zip

QA completed testing rc.1 in https://github.com/phetsims/qa/issues/908

We're nearing publication, so I went ahead and committed the screenshots for both flavors. For cck-dc, I also committed the screenshots to the 1.3 branch, so no cherry-picking is necessary @samreid.
