In #121, we completed very little actual instrumentation, just enough to investigate the important parts of the a11y API. My expectation is that the a11y API will evolve significantly as the result of the sprint, making little (or possibly none) of the work in this branch valuable. In which case it will be preferable to start instrumentation from scratch in master.
In any case, when a11y instrumentation resumes for this sim, this branch should be consulted, then deleted.
