Turn default sound on #137

One of the a11y goals for this quarter is to implement a sound design for the Color Vision sim. One of the first steps in this process is to turn on the default sound.

The parent issue for this is #138.

Sound has been enabled on the master branch. I also put a message out on Slack to check with the other developers about whether there are any impending releases of this sim that would require sound to be off. I'll leave this issue open for a day just to make sure that no one responds in the affirmative, and will close if I don't hear of any such releases.

I haven't heard from any devs about pending releases, so I think we are safe to leave the sound turned on. Closing.
