PhET-iO Design Review #140

This sim is being republished with inclusive features (such as #138), and we should likely update the PhET-iO implementation simultaneously. Self-assigning to do a review of the current Studio tree.

Work to publish this simulation with sound was paused. There are no upcoming plans to republish this simulation and it is not a current PhET-iO priority. I'm going to close this issue, and we can open new issues when the time comes.
