Deselected icons could take some more opacity.
Center icons on neck.
Icons near flashlight could be a little bigger.

I have made these changes. Assigning to @ariel-phet fore review. Could you also take a look at the rectangles around the slider in #73 and give some input there?

All changes but #73 are looking good, closing this issue and continuing conversation in #73
