Possible solution for detached head #74

Closed samreid closed 10 years ago

When the window is tall and skinny, the head's neck goes nowhere like so:

a

It doesn't bother me but I've heard others say the detached head is somewhat bothersome. I realized a solution may be to float the contents to the bottom of the screen (as done in Energy Skate Park: Basics), like so:

b

Not sure whether this needs solving, but thought I'd bring it up and see what others think.

I'm open to it, but I think floating everything to the bottom will also look a bit off because it will create a bunch of empty space at the top. The detached head is fine with me.

Let's also see what @ariel-phet thinks. Assigned to you, @ariel-phet.

My 2 cents... The long giraffe neck is more bothersome than a detached head. Put a shirt collar on the poor guy/gal, make his/her neck a normal length, and both problems will be solved.

@pixelzoom, agreed, changing the giraffe neck is already on the plan for artistic changes, I think once there is a bit of shoulders and chest, it won't look so odd (even floating)

Long neck is now fixed, I don't see the detached head as an issue
