Adjust credits #83

Hey @aaronsamuel137

The credits should now also include info from the credits on the java sim, see:

https://github.com/phetsims/joist/issues/157

This change to the credits should not affect RC3 testing (as it will be a minor change before publishing).

I have a few questions to clarify about these changes:

Should I be removing the category "Design Team" and migrating everyone that was there into the new category "Team", or do these stay as separate? Does everybody go in the team category or just people who aren't included somewhere else already? Is there a sim that has made these changes that I could look at to be sure I am following the correct pattern?

Chris will be doing a larger redesign as part of https://github.com/phetsims/joist/issues/157 For publishing Color Vision I think you can just look at a recent example (I'm not sure if you discussed this at our meeting today).

I've added the other designers from the Java credits and gotten rid of the "Interviews" line. Let me know if there is any other changes that need to be made for now.
