Testing on Concentration 1.1.0-rc.1

Issue is identical to Beer's Law Lab issue #65 https://github.com/phetsims/beers-law-lab/issues/65

Since the Concentration screen is part of Beer's Law Lab, this issue is resolved by the fix for phetsims/beers-law-lab#65, and will appear in the next release candidate (1.1.0-rc.2).
