Please test: Concentration 1.1.0-rc.2 #31

@orejolaphet and @phet-steele:

Please test Concentration 1.1.0-rc2. Focus on confirming that issues #29 and #30 are fixed. These were very isolated fixes, so the other parts of the sim should be unaffected. Therefore you can just give the sim a quick look on each platform.

Note to self: This release candidate was published by doing 'grunt checkout-shas', then substituting the 1.2 branch of beers-law-lab, so that we picked up the fixes noted above but didn't get any changes that were specific to beers-law-lab master.

No need to test 1.1.0-rc.2. I've fixed phetsims/beers-law-lab#68. Since this affects Concentration, I'll publish a new release candidate.
