Problem Description

For https://github.com/phetsims/QA/issues/499

It is possible to lose the Free Body Diagram if it is windowed and another item is checked or unchecked. This behavior does not occur in Java.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Check the window icon at the top right of the Free Body Diagram
  2. Check or Uncheck Show Horizontal Forces
