Eating and Exercise Slow when running #19

For https://phet-dev.colorado.edu/decaf/eating-and-exercise/1.0.0-dev.2/ On Firefox. When you have the sim pause, you can drag and interact normally. However, when play has been hit everything lags, including the play pause button. The sliders to control the figure are laggy even before pressing play. lageat

May also produce the odd behavior of the line when changing the graph scaling. chunckygraph
