For https://github.com/phetsims/decaf/issues/28. Found on Safari iPadOS 13.4.1. Seen in https://phet-dev.colorado.edu/decaf/faraday/1.0.0-dev.16/index.html?simulation=faraday. It is possible to get the iPad in a situation where it has the sim in a smaller area than the available window size. To do this, have the iPad in one orientation (say portrait). While in that orientation, put the iPad to sleep by pressing the top button. Turn the iPad to a new orientation (landscape). Wake the iPad up. The sim will try to adjust, but miss the mark. Changing the orientation while the iPad is awake will fix this. Works with either portrait to landscape or landscape to portrait.
This test on iPhone seems less consistent on iPhone. I've seen it adjust fine, and I've seen it appear very zoomed in or non-functioning and need a reload?
