Borderline performance on Faraday ChromeOS #51

For https://github.com/phetsims/QA/issues/494, https://phet-dev.colorado.edu/decaf/faraday/1.0.0-dev.17/?simulation=faraday. ChromeOS isnormally one of the slower platforms. Dragging things in this sim is fairly laggy, as is the AC source of current. This is within what I would consider acceptable bounds as the pedagogy does not seem impacted. The only possible impact is when looking at a light bulb/current reacting to a changing field. Video of this lag bellow to see if this is acceptable. chromeosslowness

Does the performance improve if the window is made smaller?

Lag is still there, but it is better by a good amount.
