Should you be able to bring up the keyboard on iPad? #78

For Rates and Reactions (and other sims) in https://github.com/phetsims/QA/issues/495. There are instances in the java sim where you can type in values directly with the keyboard, such as the number atoms you want in the sim. On devices like Windows, this works fine with the keyboard from what I've seen. However, on the iPad, there does not seem to be a way to do this, at least that I've seen. You can click on the values and they highlight as if you could type over them, but there is no keyboard that I can find. The spinner buttons by the values are also so small that they can't be easily used on touch. Since there is a pump for adding atoms in this sim, I'm not too worried, but removing atoms is harder and other sims may need this feature more.

This makes the game in https://phet-dev.colorado.edu/decaf/nuclear-physics/1.0.0-dev.4/nuclear-physics.html?simulation=radioactive-dating-game impossible as you cannot enter the answer. For https://github.com/phetsims/QA/issues/499
