For https://github.com/phetsims/QA/issues/497. https://phet-dev.colorado.edu/decaf/capacitor-lab/1.0.0-dev.3/capacitor-lab.html?simulation=capacitor-lab on Win 10 Chrome. The Electric Field Detector tool gives blank results, no matter what the electric field really is. In Java: shouldbe In CheerpJ: Howis

I tried converting PComposite => PNode and also disabling clipping in the PClip and neither had any effect. I'll disable the checkbox and mark this for discussion with CheerpJ.

@oliver-phet can you please add it to the document? Perhaps indicate that the Electric Field Detector checkbox has been disabled?
