Notify translators about new strings when 1.1 is published #183

In https://github.com/phetsims/density/issues/147 we added support to display volume in dm3 instead of L. This added new string keys to the sim which will need to be translated, which was noticed in #178.

The website has a system to notify translators, so I can send out a notification after 1.1 is published.

I attempted to send a notification to translators, but I'm not sure if it went through. Pressing the "Send Notifications" seemingly does nothing. I'll follow up with the web team.

We have added a new feature to view the volume in units of dm3 which can be enabled from the Preferences menu. There are a few new strings available for translation, and it is possible that some previously translated units may need to be re-translated. We recommend that you review the simulation in your locale to determine if any additional translation is necessary.
