Migration failure about changed initial state #188

Looks like adding a11y to density changed one more part of the API. It added the PDOM pointer to the initial state of the input controller. An easy fix, but CT is red right now. I'll implement and @jonathanolson can take a look afterward.

@jonathanolson, we haven't given a tour of the new Migration system yet, so no need to look in depth here. I just wanted you to know that the problem occurred. Feel free to close.
